It deserves its 5 stars. Marble-lined bathroom and a separate shower with good sewerage. Services included free Wi-Fi.

There is a good food option within 300 ft - high street cafe. Location met my needs. Excellent base a vacation in Manila! It is 15 mins by foot from the bus station: D
